Refund Policy & Responsibility

All balloon sales are final and non-refundable. In accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws, items that are custom-made or perishable in nature (such as helium balloons) are exempt from return or exchange.

🎈 No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of balloons, all sales are final. Once balloons are delivered or picked up, responsibility passes to the customer.

We cannot guarantee longevity after handover, as environmental factors and handling may affect them.

⚠️ Customer Responsibility

After delivery, the customer is fully responsible for the balloons. We are not liable for damages, deflation, or popping caused by weather, pets, sharp objects, or improper storage.
